1 General Provisions

3.2 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through the support team. 35bd0 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following circumstances:

  • If any provision of these Terms is violated.
  • If evidence of fraud or dishonest conduct is found.
  • If involvement in money laundering or suspicious financial activity is detected.
  • If an attempt is made to manipulate the software or game systems.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The following methods may be used to deposit funds to 35bd0: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200.

You must use a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing through a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each promotion has its own specific terms which are stated on the promotion page.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to another account.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 35bd0 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any winnings obtained.
  • Bonus abuse refers to placing low-risk or offsetting bets for the purpose of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
  • Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • 35bd0 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 35bd0 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. VIP tier benefits and conditions are subject to change.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

35bd0 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes across all games. Our games operate using verified technology that ensures fair results.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any outcome resulting from a technical error or system fault will be considered void. Funds wagered in such circumstances will be returned. The "game malfunction voids all pays and plays" policy applies.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

  • Using software, bots, scripts or any other automated means.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or modify the game systems or software.
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Participating in any fraudulent activity on the platform.
Involvement in the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting on 35bd0:

  • All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled unless approved by 35bd0.
  • 35bd0 reserves the right to void a bet if the outcome changes due to an event that occurred before the match started.
  • 35bd0 is not responsible for any delays or connection issues in live betting.
